Pine Lodge, our home, reached by a private drive, is a peaceful haven facing south in lovely gardens. It was once part of a large country estate at Hayford in the Dartmoor National Park some three miles from the village of Buckfastleigh which is adjacent to the A38 between Exeter and Plymouth. This is a lovely area for those wanting to get away from the rat race!



Primrose Cottage is adjacent to Pine Lodge and completely self-contained. It is suitable for up to 4 people and is available Saturday to Saturday. A hall with archway leads to a fully equipped pine kitchen with fitted units, stainless steel sink, gas cooker, microwave, fridge, toaster, etc. Adjoining is a cosy separate dining area. Night storage heater and electric fire.

A spacious comfortably furnished beamed lounge leads from a small hall, There is a log-effect electric fire, night storage heater, colour TV and DVD. Radio/CD/Cassette. Various books, games, puzzles and DVDs and information on places to visit. A door leads to secluded fenced gardens with lawn and patio with garden furniture. Barbecue available. Downstairs, is a shower room with electric shower, washhand basin and W.C. There is a heated towel rail, fan heater, shaver point, hair dryer, iron, etc.
Upstairs, there are two pretty cottage-style beamed bedrooms, one with 5ft double bed and one with two 3ft single beds. Night storage heater, electric heaters. All beds have duvets and blankets.

Fitted carpets throughout except kitchen, shower room, and W.C. and dining room.

In a separate utility room a washing machine, tumble drier and freezer are available. Additional W.C. This room can also be used for boots, etc. Water is supplied by a natural spring and the water is tested annually. INTERNET ACCESS. Ample private parking. A well behaved pet by arrangement only at a charge of £20 per week.

NO SMOKING IN COTTAGE. Smokers are welcome to use the verandah.
